People are our most important asset.  In support of this asset and our purpose, the Conservancy has created a college scholarship to recognize past or planned public service demonstrated by a student resident of the town of New Baltimore.

Each year one $500 scholarship is granted to a high school senior or a full time student enrolled in an accredited college or university, based on one or more of the following criteria:

• Community Service
• Major or minor in environmental sciences, history or architecture
• Academic achievement

The scholarship application must be mailed by June 1^st to The New Baltimore Conservancy,

The proceeds from one of our popular yearly events, A Taste of History, are set aside to support the scholarship.
